Elevinix is not responsible for outages, price changes, policy changes, technical issues, or service limitations caused by third-party providers.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevinix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid to Elevinix for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
